Hard work pays

Below is exactly how I feel at the moment after receiving 2nd prize at EU Datathon and many more invitations. 

I was trying to jump from one mountain to another taller mountain, while I could have comfortably stayed on top of the shorter mountain forever, unfortunately missed the taller mountain in the jump, and was almost about to hit the ground and end it all, that's when something called EU Datathon held me by my neck and put me back on the track where I could start climbing up again.  I will never forget this experience. The amount of hard work that has been put in cannot be explained and won't be believed. One thing is for sure, hard work pays.

How do supermarkets capture feedback?

In a small shop (mom and pop store) the owner of the shop gets direct feedback from customers. For example, when a customer comes to purchase something and if that item is missing or sold out, the owner immediately is aware about this. Now the owner decides if he should order that item or not.  My question is, how do supermarkets manage similar situations? In the supermarkets when some item is missing or sold out, most customers don't bother to ask the employees there, even if they ask the employees are not tracking any of this and therefore not passing this information to store manager or management?

Eyes, Mouth and Nose - A short story for kids

One day, eyes, mouth, and nose argued with each other that they were the most important organ.  Nose said, "I am most important because I'm the one who breaths, if I don't breath just for a few minutes then we will die. And I am useful for smelling too".   Mouth and eyes laughed out loud and then Mouth said, "I am most important because I'm the one who lets water and food inside, if I don't take in water or eat food for a few days then we will not have any energy and we will die. And I am useful for talking too.
